Hand-made in the Raices Cubanas factory in Honduras, the Alec Bradley Tempus Magistri cigar is another gem in the crowning glory of the Tempus series. Interestingly enough, this is the same factory where Illusione and Cruzado cigars are made for the master tobacconist Dion Giolito. The Alec Bradley brand was founded by Alan Rubin in 1996 but came into prominence only in 2008 with the launch of the full-flavored Tempest line of cigars. The Magistri cigars come in a Perfecto shape and a size of 6 ¾ inches with a ring gauge of 54.
The cigar has got great looks with barely visible veins and is wrapped in a dark Honduran wrapper. This limited edition criollo cigar comes with the same double-banded appearance with an ornate strip wrapped around the head and a golden one at the foot. With a generous infusion of licorice, dark chocolate and spices, this cigar is filled with Nicaraguan and Honduran tobaccos.
