The quality and variety of your products and the prices are the best I have ever seen in any in any outlet offering any type of product(only(Lenox comes close).Having said this,it pales in comparison to the competence of your telephone representatives,especially Stephanie,are the most knowledgeable, professional,helpful and friendly.Don't change a thing. I've always smoked the Cheyenne's or Smoker's Best, but WOW... I will be switching to these! They are just SO smooth & taste even better than the Cheyenne's, etc do. Love 'em. Gotham is just awesome in every way. ;) (Posted on December 24, 2012)

My Biggest problem with these it that they say LARGE Cigars...these are not large at all, they are cigarette sized cigarillos with a filter. (Posted on January 28, 2011)
