The product arrived quickly and was on of the best prices I found on the web. I will continue to order from gotham cigars however there was one issue on which I would hope to be compensated as is, I am going to keep buying from this website. One of the cigars had a long crack down it, and I decided to smoke that one first as I thought it would have the shortest shelf life of all of them, however it was impossible to cut the cigar with the crack. It severely cracked up the whole cigar and ruined the smoke. The other 4 were very enjoyable. I hope you get back to me about this issue, and throw a kuba kuba in with my next purchase. Please let me know how to go about this..
