I have recently found that the BLACK AND SWEETS resemble the red pack .
No longer do total strangers walk up and comment on the sweet and inoffensive odor of the Black and Sweets of a few weeks ago. What has changed. Is it a packaging error. (Posted on May 11, 2013)

Opened up the first pack from my latest order and noticed that the wrapper has changed. Lighter color and appears to be thicker. Taste is not quite as good, but if this helps the quality??? We shall see. With the old wrapper there were quite a few that had holes, rips, tears. I will find out how good the value and quality is as I burn through these two cartons. (Posted on May 9, 2013)

Still the best and maybe the only filtered cigar. I've tried other brands ( Richwood, Vendetta ) but neither was even close to the Black & Sweets. The others are like a cigarette in disguise. This is truly a small cigar and burns like one. Don't waste your money on the pretenders get the real deal Muriel Black & Sweets. If not for the imperfections in the wrappers these would always be 5 stars. (Posted on January 26, 2012)

I smoke these nearly every day. I like the flavor, but more and more lately, the wrapper and/or filter are not assembled correctly, or the wrapper is devective. This lack of quality and consistancy did not used to be as common. I am hoping that this is not a long term trend, as I do like the tase, but I hate having to throw so many of them out.
