Stopped lighting within a day!

Comments about Cigars vertigo - ceasar torch lighter chrome:
This lighter came with fuel and worked for one day. It began to flame out the second day and by the end of that day wouldn't light at all. I can hear fuel escaping when I flip the top and see a spark but it doesn't light!
