About the Position:
Answering incoming calls, emails and chats
Placing orders
Answering Customer inquires
Resolving Customer related issues
Perform data entry associated with the position
Live Chat
Light outbound calls to customers to follow up on orders, inventory, back orders, company policies, shipping, etc
Requirements:
Previous customer service handling inbound calls in a call center atmosphere or e-commerce experience preferred
Looking for someone who is confident, outgoing and self-motivated
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Must be able to Multi-task
Must be confident with making outbound calls

MUST have reliable transportation, does not rely on ride sharing.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm

You will qualify for health insurance after 60 days of employment.
