Partagas Cortado

Released in August 2021, Partagas Cortado is the first blend in the Partagas portfolio to feature a light Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper. Partagas was looking to expand its portfolio to a wider market at a time of unprecedented interest in its 175-year history of making award-winning cigars.

Partagas Cortado is a mellow to medium-bodied blend, milder than most cigars in the Partagas brand. It features an Indonesian binder over a core blended with Nicaraguan tobaccos grown in Jalapa and Condega, Mexican tobacco grown in San Andres, and Honduran tobacco from Jamastran. Draping this complex core is the light, golden Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper that lends a mild flavor to the cigar. Handmade at the STG Esteli Factory in Nicaragua, the final stick is flawless and finished with an intricate, contrasting red and gold band. The flavor profile is complex yet effortless with smooth tones natural sweetness tinged with spice and a creamy finish.

The Partagas Cortado is available in four vitolas- Corona (5 1/2 x 42), Robusto (5 x 50), Toro (6 x 52) and Presidente (8 x 54).
