Drew Estate Announces New Cigar Lounge

For those of you that don’t know… Gotham Cigars is located in Miami, Florida and we have close ties with Miami based Drew Estate. Drew Estate just announced the grand opening of their new cigar lounge at the BB&T Center located in Sunrise, Florida. The BB&T Center is home of the National Hockey League’s (NHL) Florida Panthers games but also hosts concerts and other shows too. Drew Estate President Michael Cellucci described the collaboration. “We’re excited to join forces with the BB&T Center for this new chapter in Drew Estate’s Lounge program.” The result of this partnership is a new, innovative and creative lounge that cigar aficionados are sure to enjoy.

The grand opening of the lounge with be April 1^st and will be invite only. At this lounge, Drew Estate will be featuring their latest cigar “Year of the Rat” (5 ½ x 46) which will be sold exclusively at this lounge. This beauty was released under the super premium Liga Privada Unico Serie line and consists of Nicaraguan and Honduran fillers that are encased in luxurious Connecticut Broadleaf wrappers. The Year of the Rat was created to commemorate the Panther’s 20^th year anniversary of their 1996 season where they made the Stanley Cup Finals. The Year of the Rat comes in boxes of 10, at $14.00 a stick.

The lounge’s outdoor area will accommodate up to 400 guests with a private bar. Smoking is restricted to the outdoor area only, but will there will be a humidor inside featuring a wide variety of premium Drew Estate cigars. The lounge will feature television monitors where you can view the action while sipping on premium spirits and brews.
