Each cigar features a three region long filler blend of Nicaraguan tobaccos from the fertile regions of Condega, Ometepe and Esteli with a Nicaraguan Jalapa Habano binder and an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. Each 6 x 50 toro sized vitola is adorned with a band with the famed New York City skyline for which the blend is named. 5 Boroughs Chelsea Toro is available in affordable bundles of 10 cigars.
