How to Place Your Groupon Order

Here at Gotham, we make sure to have some great Groupon deals going. But we’ve noticed that the process has been confusing for some of our customers. When you purchase a Groupon from another company, it typically ships out straight from Groupon. With us, your order doesn’t ship out right away. Since we are dealing with cigars that need to be stored and humidified properly we keep them here at our office. So to make sure your cigars are in the best possible condition, we ship your Groupon straight from our humidor to yours.

Here are the steps for placing a Groupon order:

1. Purchase the item on Groupon.

2. Check your confirmation email from Groupon.

3. On our site, add the item to your cart.

4. Register and create an account.

5. Add your individualized Groupon code on the order summary where it says coupon. This code is 8 letters and is listed in your confirmation email. It will be shown on there as your Voucher/Redemption code and is 8 capital letters.

6. Your total will be zeroed out. Keep in mind that not all our Groupon deals have ground delivery included. If there is an open balance that just means that you would need to pay for shipping.
