CAO Zocalo
CAO Zocalo, the limited edition blend originally released in 2018, is back for 2021! And feel free to be excited because it is available two additional vitolas!
The CAO Zocola, named for a main square in Mexico City now known as Plaza de la Constitución, was the first blend by CAO to utilize a Mexican leaf wrapper, to much fanfare. The blend remains the same with the re-release, featuring a dark and oily Mexican Morron wrapper from the San Andres Valley draping over a Cameroon binder and Nicaraguan fillers. This tasty blend is complex and exudes notes of baked bread, subtle spice and natural sweetness in a full bodied smoke.
The packaging and bands have been updated on these beauties to celebrate the relaunch with a bright and colorful representation of the Mexican flag, rather than an image of the square itself. CAO Zocola is now available in three vitolas- Robusto, Toro and Gigante.
