Return Policy

If you experience any issues with your cigars, please contact us within 30 business days of receiving your order. We are unable to process any claims submitted after this period.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your cigars arrive damaged or have any defects, please reach out to our customer service team. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item(s) are returned and received at our warehouse, you may choose between store credit or a replacement.

Incorrect or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please contact our customer service team. We will send you a prepaid return label, and once there is movement on the return tracking, we will process either a reshipment, give you a store credit or a refund based on your preference.

Returns Due to Ordering Mistake

If you ordered the wrong item and would like to return it, we accept returns for sealed and unopened cigars only. However, return shipping fees will be at your own expense. Please send the cigars to:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a credit for the product cost only (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Freshness and Quality Guarantee

All cigars are carefully inspected and monitored for freshness. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we will credit your account.
