Villiger Cigars was founded in 1888 in the small town of Pfeffikon, Switzerland by Jean and Louise Villiger. The Villiger brothers that took over in 1918 helped the brand with European success, but it was Heinrich who catapulted the brand to international success in the early 60's. In 1999, Villiger Cigars North America was formed, established as the distributor of the world renowned cigars in North America. Villiger has always been known for their premium machine made cigars, but they have definitely perfected their world class premium blends in recent years.
