AVO Classic CigarsAVO Classic Cigars are the first blend from the AVO stable. The famous musician Avo Uvezian had a passion for cigars and decided to partner with Hendrik Kelner, the master tobacconist, to create this blend. They were released in 1988 to much critical acclaim.

The AVO Classic contains a filler that is composed of a five tobacco blend from the Cibao Valley in the Dominican Republic. This long-leaf filler blend includes San Vincente tobacco and Cuban-seed Piloto tobacco and a 25 year aged tobacco. Dominican Olor tobacco is used for the binder. The finely aged filler leaves and the binder tobacco are then impeccably wrapped in a silky, golden Connecticut-seed Ecuadorian sun grown wrapper. The AVO Classic line of cigars are known for their pleasantly smooth yet creamy flavors. The AVO No. 3 is among the most popular sizes and earned a 90 rating from Cigar Aficionado. AVO Classic cigars is a great blend for anyone who loves a mild bodied yet flavorful smoke. Definitely a classic.
