The Diamond Crown Robusto No.1 is a pure tobacco blend constructed to provide a memorable smoke. These medium-bodied cigars are made with a blend of Dominican filler tobacco leaves. This filler is rolled in a special binder also of Dominican origin. The most distinguishing feature of each Diamond Crown Maximus cigar is perhaps its unique Connecticut Fermented wrapper. Grown under the shade, this tobacco leaf wrapper is cured twice to provide a unique flavor and color. This exotic combination of high-quality tobacco leaves ensures that you get a mellow and creamy smoke with hints of ginger, cinnamon and clove. Diamond Crown cigars were originally made in the 40s, 50s, and 60s. They were re-launched in 1995 to mark the 100th anniversary of the JC Newman company. They are hand-made by Tabacalera A. Fuente in the Dominican Republic. These premium cigars are available in different sizes. The Diamond Crown Robusto No.1 is 8.5 inches in length and has a ring gauge of 54.
